Thanks for the FYI. I have to agree that the buyback process is extremely slow. In my opinion, the current turnaround time is way slower than what the first group of people experienced. It took the buyback program around 6 months to move me forward from Step 1 of DocuSign to Step 2 of DocuSign. I am still moving through the buyback process.

According to many posts, Smith Eilers in Florida is the escrow firm/law firm that is responsible for payments. I would call the law firm. The contact person/escrow agent is Selvia.

Just an FYI I started the return to treasury buyback 8 months ago, completed all the documents and things required for it and was even told by Peter Lundberg in an email himself that I would see funds in my account in 2-3 weeks. That was 8 months ago. Since then I have tried emailing Peter weekly with no answers, calling the number on the website, no answer. Nothing. If anyone knows what else I can do, please let me know.
