Let’s be serious for a brief moment. Almost all of the otcpink stocks (not sec reporting) do the bare minimum to stay current. Meaning they will do what is required and nothing more. Now the ones that are sec reporting have different requirements, and they will meet those when they get the audit done. I know, I know saying it will never happen is another opinion. The only fact is it’s not done yet and they have missed their own deadlines. they say it will get done, and at this price I’m going to wait it out. I should have sold in the 50-60s and rebought here. Live and learn. Imo
