Agree it's straight manipulation. Found a trader that charts the algorithm and its algorithm buying or selling at key spots based on Moving average key levels.
I believe anything related to the market should be released on the wkends. Don't allow any information to manipulate the market during trading hours.
At least keep it to premarket so buyers/sellers have the same info before making a decision.
