Most Republicans do not want to keep helping Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression.
The only low taxes Republicans believe in are for the wealthy and corporations, every America then has to pick up the tab.

Americans have pride with in themselves, we have a problem with Republicans who tried to overthrow an election, storm the Capital, and harm the very democracy that saved them from being killed.
As for energy independent, America leads the world in oil production, to achieve anything more would require embracing green energy, solar, wind, and learning to turn away from oil and coal.
As for MAGA, this newest form of the Republican Party is the scariest of all, they hate Americans, unless they represent the old southern version that they are special people.
MAGA is afraid of embracing America as it goes forward. Life moves forward, it is that simple. MAGA is trying to embrace a way of life that never was, it is not a white civilization. It is a combination of anyone in the world who comes to America and seeks freedom.
