On February 13, 2023, Inpixon (INPX) announced a spin-off of CXApp Holding Corp. to holders of record on March 6, 2023. The distribution is subject to the completion of the business combination with KINS Technology Group Inc. (KINZ/U/W) expected to occur on March 14, 2023 (a separate notice will be issued regarding the business combination).
