They had current assets of $ 2,775,004 and Current liabilities of $2,254,151.

So there is something to work with.

Long term Liabilities of $1,194,070 will either be forgiven or renegotiated if CH. 11 is approved--It should be approved.

So there is hope in the future of SPSO.
