Registration Statement will be effective on April 15th, if not amended by company. By then 40% of the OS should be held by insiders. And they are required to become a fully reporting company with 10-k's and Q's and 8-k's....etc. D. Laplana will be rewarded with 7.2B shares somehow in that timeframe. If he spents '3 or '4 this can pay off the last big note which matures in March...and he can double or triple easily...??? AS will be maxed out by then. But with no notes left everything can happen. Just pure speculation. They want to start Abode end of April and promote . If so, they may be able to raise a lot of money with NFT's by selling their office building and/or other assets.
