So you mean the company has a P/BV of 0,075?
(800m divided by OS of 40M)
OS currently is still 28M but will increase to deal with Aggia.

About the P/BV i can find this:
Many investors believe that a P/BV of less than 1 indicates the stock may be a bargain.
