Guess What, they seem to be getting traded again on OTC and I see Volume today...Precursor to just 're-instate' and let them 'melt-up' to their FV? Because, other than a Full redemption, only option LBHI has is to -re-instate them 'for the interim' and then do a Full Exchange for NEW Preferreds and with an additional one-time Dividend Payment for the CT holders...
