THE BROADER MARKETS HAVE ZERO TO DO WITH VPLM??? Wasn't that the claim? Well, if vz were cut in half, to where they were in 2009, their market cap would be about $90B. You think they might be thinking TWICE about going forward in a lawsuit which might amount to a damage award of HALF THEIR MARKET CAP???? Oh, I think they are already "thinking", but they might pull their collective heads out, put on the real thinking caps at that point.

The market won't go down by 60% because companies are cost cutting???? REALLY? Well, the six month treasury yield just hit 5% AGAIN! Know when it last did that? 2007!! What happened just after 2007? Oh, that would be 2008...

BTW, back in 2008, the national debt was a bit under $10Trillion. NOW, ONLY ABOUT $32TRILLION, with rising interest rates...I don't think things are shaping up very well. That $32T needs to be financed!!! That is just one of many, many issues!

Yes very different it's a stock worthy of attention now imo they've earned a trial date. And I believe they can bring a settlement i prefer talking settlement than surprise not all surprises are good. Message board claim construction
