BioSyntech, Inc. - BIA - placed into bankruptcy Sept. 2010 - still trades sporadically on the pink sheets BSYI. Fire sale/privatized by former shareholder with Board representation.

Orbite Technologies Inc. - 5 years 10 months under CCAA with stay extended to May 2025, no plan of arrangement (restructuring) submitted. The longest CCAA file that I have seen. Fire sale/privatized through SISP. CCAA not completed. Still trades sporadically EORBF.

BioAmber - CCAA - failed SISP - liquidated - suspended symbol.

Nemaska Lithium - CCAA - SISP credit bid (no deposit required) - reverse vesting order 9RVO) - privatized - currently owned 50/50 by Investissement Québec and Livent LITH - CCAA not completed. - NMKEF doesn't trade.

BioSyntech Inc and BioAmber no longer appear at PwC Monitor website, Orbite and Nemaska CCAA files do.

Only BioAmber was liquidated.

Great since we have a sample size of companies with Pcw, and I'm assuming that pwc for reasons of Efficiency and Confidentiality released a statement say that tangible assets were sold during the ccaa liquidation process. I'm also assuming that their Fintel chart shows a 1e+100 split at the time of suspension?
