Higley cant even update the OTC company profile or amend the current offering to take out PAS as a company operation. This man is paid 100k a year to release PRs/refile offerings/purchase BTC equipment/dilute all from the comfort of his home and owns 81,000,000,000(b) shares of common stock via Class C ownership. I thought this would bounce, but it did quite the opposite. Dilution kills stocks and blatant dumping by Wade/Higley/crony associates, has finally come to fruition. Its why you dont see stocks with this OS down in the trips unless its getting diluted, or has shit management/little to no product. Good thing VTXB now checks all 3 boxes.
Glad I was able to see 8-10x here on my long term hold before they started the scam. Sad to see this happening to the shareholders that werent so fortunate. Timing is everything. I held this for 5 years enduring countless screams from surfkast, trader59 about how this was a scam. 6 years they used PAS as a prop for selling shares and didnt do a single thing with it. Some shareholders like the Connellys and the Cashmans(on all the VTXB filings) have not even received or cannot receive their shares from the TA they bought in 2019! They cant even get a response back from the company regarding this matter. Sad. But is such, we are in the OTC where every investment is a gamble. Ill check in from time to time but this is washed until alot of changes happen. GL to all.
