You are right. Absolute Priority Rule will be enforced absolutely.
And for the CTs, Dodd-Frank has to be enforced absolutely too, as it is the law of the Land...I hope folks 'get' what I am alluding to here...NewCo Lehman Cannot raise any NEW Debt unless CTs are settled first, one way or the other...
