Janet, I've never once heard of the SEC going after a message board poster for posting links to company filings and their opinions on it.

What I have seen the SEC go after are message board and social media groups pumping and dumping stocks. Plenty of documented cases of that.

Also, the SEC has gone after companies for covid fraud.
