Rocket Companies CEO Jay Farner to Retire; Bill Emerson Named Interim CEO

10:08 AM EST, 02/13/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Companies (RKT) said Monday that its chief executive officer, Jay Farner, plans to retire on June 1 after a 27-year career with the fintech platform company.

The company said it has appointed Bill Emerson, currently vice chairman of Rock Holdings, the parent company of Rocket Companies, as an interim CEO.

The company said its board has begun a search for a permanent CEO and has recruited a firm to assist in its evaluation of internal and external candidates.

Rocket Companies has also reiterated its Q4 adjusted revenue forecast.
