And in the meantime the property is put back on the market, if it is in fact back on the market? That doesn’t seem to make sense.

Not a fan of the name “Elba Power.” Why are they naming it after a city? What if they get a better deal to move elsewhere? What if they expand beyond Elba? I can understand a company being named after a city if that is where the bulk of their business exist. Don’t believe that is the case here. Why not a more creative name associated with the industry. Just my two cents.
