how do you know what the Tier ratio was when the Receivership shut it down?... are you an accountant that had access to these figures?... the FDIC said otherwise and no one brought suit against the OTC, or the FDIC....did you know that the equity in WAMU was drained when the stock went into the penny range?.. what was the Tier Ratio when the stock goes in "the toilet"?...was the Ratio still 7.2% when the stock is 06 cents?... thats where I bought the stock, at .06 cents...why did it go to .06 cents if the Tier ratio was 7.2 % ?...the company had no equity to back up the Depositors savings...do you think anyone will loan you money with no equity?...the reality is that you know squat about what went on to bring this Wamu down..reading articles, message boards, and listening to disgruntled losers is probably your source of information... your posts are backwater "stuff" that has washed pasted the bridge 11 years ago...not satisfied?.. see the judge, and reopen the chapter 11, and the Receivership....
