I believe that now he is saying that the WMB notes were receiving interest payments as of last week and not the commons (UQ's). According to AZ, the commons were used as a counting mechanism for the paying of the holders of WMB notes; whatever that means. Total change from last week when he claimed it was his commons that were receiving payment. Confusion at its best!
