like i said..do what you do..just know what it does...because that style you are referring to..helped you lose your money..slowly..by the will of others---now you have gone to that side..to gain it back..eh?---i can't fault you..and hope you do well--but don't say that it is necessary..because you could have exited...held your cash...or put it in a healthy trading stock that channels....

maybe that loss helped you gain another means...seems as though it has...and that is wonderful---best of luck!
