This news release is empty. Not even fluff. Still, there's no product or contracts for sales. "Pleased to announce continued development of Tracker." "Still developing revolutionary product." That means we have nothing yet. Soooo why put out a news release? One reason could be to expand exposure and that's a tough one with no product or positive developments. So under the forward looking rule and possessing a vague and possibly cool product, talk about future possible developments but keep in mind they have nothing. Hopefully they will create some public interest and some bit of buying pressure. Starting with the stock at .0055 and now I think it's about.006 and looking for outside buying pressure. If they can get it up to .0065 or .007 or dare I say .01, they can then say look how strong the stock is and hopefully move it up a little more. Positive stock action often creates its' own interested buyers. Now think, if a person or a number of individuals or a group owns many millions of shares before the turn, sell into the buying interest. Many people/uninformed investors will equate price increase with future positive/good announcements to come. Shooting crap and buy stock for the further move. To justify their purchase they often say, "well someone knows what's going on, that's why it's up." Wrong! The only people who know are those who are long in size before the fake move is created . Penny in size can be a lot of real money and and still own stock in case a Hail Mary company actually comes up with a real product. Finally, I bet these guys have been doing this through all the past companies under their thumb, while spending/wasting shareholders equity. Do tigers change their stripes? Why do the 2 bullish move so fast to post these empty news releases. Hmmmmmmmm
