Since when - seriously - has it been the goal of democratic GOV (be it R or D) to maximize profit ?

That is a super serious question as I can state a dozen goals - half liberal and half conservative and none are maximize profit

GOV has received 300B ----- they are not losing at all
GOV would then have 4B shares worth 100B more

That is no giveaway - and with smart communication the simple WIN WIN WIN can rule the day
