Dude, these are standard letters with the same lame verbiage. They don't know shit about the company they are advocating for. They just had a telephone interview with the CEO. They have absolutely zero knowledge of anything inside the company and take the CEO word at face value, then offer an opinion based on that. These are standard form letters issued by any lawyer in this context.

You can pay any lawyer to prepare one.
