Apparently Armen had no control over the Split. Fernandez decided, on advice of investment bankers, to split when the SP was .029. I still don't think that Fernandez, Baretto, et al., didn't take over RXMD and put millions of dollars into the company to have it fail. I, like everyone else here, don't like this quiet, but I do believe that we will hear something in the near future.
