After 45 years of fleecing investors, a share of Inovio (INO) today is valued at ten cents, when the two most recent reverse splits are accounted for.

INO is very possibly the worst scam in the stock market. Inovio's Founder, President, CEO, Director and Chairman until 2019, penny stock promoter Avtar Dhillon, is facing charges in Boston for stock fraud and obstruction of justice on another penny stock.

Stay away from this long time scam.
