The share buyback was a pump orchestrated to sell shares -- not buy them. Open a chart on the days leading up to November 15, 2021. From mid July to October 2021, the sp dropped from the $.17 area to $.07. Shareholders were grumbling in early November 2021. Dennis, with the shareholder party coming up on November 16, knew he had to come up with something to make them happy. The share buyback BS worked -- announced on November 15, the day before the Vegas party. And they loved him again. Now look at the chart after November 15. A huge dump by GHS the financier, tanking the sp again. There ought to be a law against what O'Leary does because he never intended to buyback shares. DPLS couldn't afford to buy shares then and still can't.
