vinmantoo, this was a small PII trial, but it confirmed what was needed to move on...if you have the marker Pem+Bavi is better then Pem+nothing.

That lesser people have the marker is of no importance because the end solution targets those with the marker and if it works for them you have a drug on the market that Merck will like because they can capture that part of the 'marker holding' patients for 100% until the others (competitors) run their combination trials.

And, in a PIII they can design the trial to ONLY let patients with the marker in one group and those without the marker in the other and NO NEED for a placebo. And that we know is a BIG advantage because placebo groups often F-Up :)

And anyway, we just made the World Cup finals Hockey in India against the Netherlands and Sunday its the final against the Germans. That's what is important in life :)
