Commons did NOT...."Surender the ESTATE", they were going to be SHUT OUT of the Estate.

ron, Wasn't the removal of the Standard APR, a way for the Commons to even participate in any returns? And in exchange for being included, the 75/25 share agreement was created?

That is my understanding of the proceedings. BWDIK?
