As you rightly stated "As I Present" is your view of what the 75%/25% pertains to, But that's not the fact... how the 75%/25% Pro-rating Ratio was arrived at was clearly stated at that time as being arrived at to iron out the GSA 'Release & Approval' by ALL parties concerned - Hedgies, TPS & the Retail WaMu Equities' holders at that time...I don't recall anything to the effect that the "75%/25% is limited to RE/DCR"...
