"DRYWORLD announced today [12-23-2020] that it has entered into an agreement with Burdell Partners LLC in which Burdell will provide a $6.5mm equity investment into the Company. The investment will be made in multiple tranches in exchange for common stock in the Company. DRYWORLD plans to use the funds to expand operations and drive growth."



"The Company is still working on becoming SEC reporting to access the Burdell line. We anticipate the audit to be complete... at which point we will proceed to filing a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities & Exchange Commission."
