Why would TPS fought to have the APR dropped in THIS and ONLY THIS CASE and WHY would THEY HAVE FOUGHT to move the payout matrix to 75/25 instead of the 70/30, IF NOTHING WAS EXPECTED TO RETURN

Does this really make any sense??????????????????
