Pluto was once kept in the heel position.....So the analogy of the two seems to be spot on.....Pluto follows his instinct and goofy isn't smart enough to make him heel.....Goofy is allowing him to lead and even pull.....The leash symbolizes the control one could have and that the two are very much interconnected......Not quite sure if either see the cliff ahead......(and thats just plain goofy indeed),,,,,,The needed command is, Heel Boy....
