No one has made anyone an offer for shares that can't be traded even on the lowly OTC. Call your broker and ask if you can sell the worthless shares after he stops laughing he will tell you that would be impossible.

How would you sell them - the TA isn't going to issue a cert and no broker is going to deposit a cert that isn't trading or has a suspended CUSIP number.

But it was a beautiful pinkyland fantasy story.
