If our CEO has the money for the future acqusitions. There seems to be no reason to sell the Mag? Unless he is going to do it for more money? Maybe he can use that money for a buyback? And maybe he will cancel the pending restricted stock, and just cash that out, and BUYBACK SMMW shares? Between the one million shares of Atlantis, and whatever we recieve from Podium. It should give us a few .0001 LESS shares? RJ
PS...the more Jim trys to PUMP N'east, and since he does NOT own the MAJORITY, I think he is shooting himself in the foot. Because as it grows, Dan is going to want MORE for the Majority interest in his mag? This is going to be intersting for sure...
