Nope. The price and quantity of units is fixed by an effective S-1/A.
Go on over to that other ticker I referenced (RELI) and read the board for February 9, 2021. Those folks were convinced if the PPS on the OTC went up, they’d change the ratio or pricing that was in the S-1/A that went effective. Didn’t happen. The underwriter was quite pleased at the discount that resulted, gave a lot of room for the clients to dump.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
