if you think that the lawsuit against Lucy will ultimately make her hold the ball in place I would direct you to 15 years of failures, and that was largely BEFORE the high court created a blueprint for the lowers to follow. There will be NO fruit from the courtroom proceedings. Even though it's only my opinion, of this fact I'm 100% certain.
