No just wrong, but immaterial.

Nothing gives credence to current RMTD shareholders being comped for what happened a dozen years ago.

The one important fact that wasn't covered concerns the statute of limitations for a situation like this. I can understand why, though.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
