So why is somebody who’s dedicated the past 15 years to raising and investing energy production, alternative energy solutions, energy efficiency and commercial real estate in the New York Tristate and Texas (ME) investing in PAS?

Why is Gridswitch who’s backed by Blackstone the largest real estate private equity from in the US and who engineers and installs over $100.0M a year in micro grids backing this?

I’m just curious why these companies who have extensive experience in energy production and efficiency and real estate and in negotiating rate cases and energy efficiency programs with the Utilities - why are all of these groups investing in PAS if it’s a scam?
