Not too worried on FSI. They've got healthy, consistent profits...a decent balance sheet...and a stable share count around 12M going back years. Besides the S3 was for less than $8M. I'm more concerned that they might try another bonehead merger with Lygos at some point. At least they came to their senses and called it off. Otherwise they might be saddled with a horrible acquisition like SGMA.
