Yes, I couldn't care less. All that PAS is is a variable capacitor bank. Capacitor banks don't "recycle wasted energy." That's pure hogwash, and it has been all the way through IHSI, Blockchain energy, this company, et al. They're counting on folks seeing amps go down and thinking that means their electricity bill will go down. It won't. It's a pure scam.
