This is good for BYOC and its attorneys. I've talked about this about this a couple of times here. The judge did approve ByOC's attorneys request, now its up to Jean's team to figure out which one of the three they're going to go with. I doubt they'll want to let article 296 in which imo would be the smoking gun. Not sure which they'll run with. This absolutely changes the game for BYOC proving fraud.
