It’s pretty clear by the rule of law that it’s in violation of the constitution!

However with the SCOTUS being so corrupt it’s only investing in the certain people who elected these judges!

It’s so political pointed now days. Shame the highest court in the land is now directed by Government . Don’t be surprised that they rule it’s in conflict of the law but will allow it to continue
