SUNPHARMA.NS acquires CNCE for $8.00 cash +CVR:

The buyout price (excluding the CVR) is a paltry 16% premium to yesterday’s close; the small premium may be the result of a leak that caused CNCE’s price to rise in recent weeks. The nominal deal value is $580M.

Sun Pharma (the buyer) is India’s largest drug company.
