That, my opinion, does not constitute an update on a loan. It’s like me saying I picked out a Bentley that meets my transportation needs. But it doesn’t say anything about securing a loan.

Further, I thought they were working to complete the final piece of financing. Working with advisers etc doesn’t seem like a final piece.

But as you say, it’s all about scoreboard. The stock is flat to lower and volume is relatively low. Doesn’t appear they have sold the market on this endeavor, at least not yet. They did say the revenue goal is $400m annually - correct? More substance, specifics etc for updates I believe would be helpful. Again, attention, interest, comprehension, conviction and then action is always a good string.
