I've long owned BRK shares and have modded IHUBs two BRK boards. Have read just about everything Buffett has said for the past decade and a lot of his wisdom going back to the 1960s and I don't recognize that. Sounds more like "The Wisdom of Pennyland."

BTW, his name is Buffett, not Buffet.
