I respectfully disagree. CFGN has been on level 2 many many times during active dilution .

They stay off the top of the bid and asks with 10,000 matching bid and asks at all times.

We know they have to dilute a ton to even raise the capital for their purchases so i dont know why anyone would assume dilution is even close to done.

They need $8mill minimum as stated by the ceo. in addition to that existing and unknown conversions kick in here and there.
