that is exactly what I hope for -- a compromise - a deal

(although I studiously avoid the word debt - as that comes with rules in 11 and a ton of judicial precedent history from administrative judges. I prefer to think of this as HERA created 1B of SP shares --- that is what is on the table to negotiate - compromise - deal. If I remember right and then think correctly - one can create (create) a value per SP share by taking the total LP amount at any time and dividing by 1B shares of SP??????? or was that 1B in dollars (which bluntly does not make sense v shares)
