He should deny r/s-rumors immediately and if this acquisition makes good money he should buyback shares - why not take a small credit from bank for doing a buyback on these low levels!!?? Would be the best thing he could do for his shareholders!! NO R/S PLEASE!!! This MHUS and his CEO sucks more and more!!
