It's a year later and no, none of this was known until my post. And today it still stands as a scam empty shell. Again, this is not any kind of financial institution at all. It's a scam shell owned by a penny stock scammer name XU. It's entirely possible with xu that some of these people do not exist. People are trading a dead stock thinking it's a bank.
