Don't you think it's been long enough for them to let us know what their plan is? It's been over 6 months since Bala took over & 6 months of speculation, that's plenty of time for them to have a gameplan! (You'd think???)
What about the no longer restricted shares convertible at .02. Did they extend the date of those notes?

No matter who is in charge they continue to operate as a private company and could careless that their is a fiduciary responsibility & required responsibility to inform shareholders as a PUBLICLY traded company.
