Good man. Sounds sound advice. I had two frozen shoulders .. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/frozen-shoulder/symptoms-causes/syc-20372684 .. just months ago and getting back flexibility was the key. I couldn't get out of the bathtub without maneuvering for a time.

Every morning also i do stretching exercises for lower back pain. An osteopath gave me insoles to level up the hips, and the exercises, some 30-40 hears ago.

I didn't have any pain at all after the prostate op, and only used the morphine pump for the heck of it. Felt a bit guilty, so asked a nurse if i was using too much. She said, NO way. Others use twice as much. Is that what you mean by a pain pump. A needle in arm and when you want a shot you press a button. Sounds like it. If so am sure that will be there without ask.
